You’ll find lots of information on our website about a wide range of conditions and the various treatment options available.
- Authentic medicines. All the medicines we supply are fully licensed by the MHRA for use in the UK. This means you can be confident the treatments we supply are safe and effective.
- Leading brands stocked. If there is a particular brand that works well for you, you are likely to find it at UK Meds. We stock a number of well-known brands as well generic versions that can often be cheaper.
- No hidden costs. The price you see is the price you pay and includes the cost of a private prescription - so no surprises when you checkout. The most cost effective way to get your treatment is to sign up to subscribe and save at checkout where available.
Complete a consultation
We will ask you for some information about your general health, medical history and the condition you are looking to treat. This will help our doctors make sure the treatment you get is safe and effective for you.
- Quick and easy. The online consultation is a short medical questionnaire that is easy to understand and quick to complete. The questions are similar to those that would be asked at a GP appointment.
- Experienced doctors. Our UK based doctors are registered with the GMC and will review your request and the information you have provided.
- Clear communication. You will receive a notification once your prescription is approved, this usually takes a few hours. For some treatments our doctors may need to ask you some more questions before approving your prescription or provide you with additional information about the treatment you have asked for. If your request is refused, a full refund will be issued.
Receive your delivery
Your prescription will be sent to one of our fully registered UK partner pharmacies to be prepared.
- Flexible delivery. We offer a variety of delivery options you will be able to select from at checkout. Delivery is free on orders over £50 or you can pay a little more to ensure you get delivery the very next day.
- Discreet packaging. Your privacy is important to us so all our orders are sent in unmarked packaging. You will be the only one that knows what is inside.
- Tell us what you think. We really appreciate your feedback so that we can continue to improve our service. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email from Feefo so please tell us what you think.
