More information
How do I use face masks?
These masks are easy to use and can be worn by anyone. To fit, simply hold the mask and place it over your nose and mouth. Bring both ear loops over your ears and adjust the position until it’s comfortable. The masks are comfortable to wear as they are lightweight and non-bulky.
UK Meds also has respirator masks and surgical masks. Buy face masks for sale from the UK Meds online clinic.
Are the masks re-usable?
These masks are reusable and washable and are the mask that has been tested and approved for up to 50 washes. They're available in both adult and child sizes to ensure your whole family can have a suitable face mask.
What other masks are available?
As well as these washable face masks, we also offer respirator masks and surgical masks at UK Meds.
Surgical masks work by creating a barrier between the respiratory system (nose and mouth) of the wearer, and the immediate environment. This includes any other person in that environment, that may need protecting. An example would be a surgeon wearing a medical mask while performing surgery, to prevent any droplets from their nose and mouth from reaching the patient.
Respirator masks on the other hand, filter particles of dust out of the air. If the mask is a FFP2/N95, it means that it can filter over 95% of dust particles out of the air.
