Tetralysal Acne

Tetralysal is a medicine used to treat acne. Acne appears in the skin as blackheads and whiteheads which people commonly refer to as pimples or spots. Tetralysal attacks the bacteria that cause acne, called Propionibacterium acnes.

Tetralysal is an oral medication that belongs to the family of antibiotic known as a tetracycline antibiotic. It is often prescribed when over-the-counter acne treatments have proven ineffective.

The active ingredient in Tetralysal is lymecycline which belongs to a group of medicines called tetracyclines.

Tetralysal can be used for the treatment of many other infections caused by bacteria. Ask your doctor if you are not sure why he prescribed this medication.

For more information on the prescription medication patients should refer to the Tetralysal patient information leaflet.

Tetralysal works by treating skin infections and inflammations caused by bacteria by preventing the bacteria from producing proteins that allow them to reproduce and grow. This essentially kills the bacteria from your skin.

Tetralysal is an effective treatment for acne where over-the-counter acne medications did not work. It is effective in depriving the bacteria that cause acne of proteins that are essential for their reproduction and growth, essentially killing the bacteria from your skin.

It is important to note that people may have different experiences when they use Tetralysal. If someone states that their medication did not work as they had hoped, it does not mean that it will not work for you. If you believe that Tetralysal is the right medication for you then the best thing to do is give it a try and judge the medication based on your own experiences. Reviews however should not be understated. Reading reviews can provide you with important advice and information that you may not have known, and can inform you on whether or not to start using Tetralysal. If you are unsure about starting a medication you should always consult with your healthcare provider first.
